BASIC TROUBLE SHOOTING Confirm that the cylinder is squarely mounted into the tilt mechanism, if not, remove and re-assemble. Confirm that the mechanism is mounted onto the seat pan in the proper orientation, if not, remove and re-assemble.

This HON (HVL210) is a Great chair. I got it for my Craft Table. I have back and hip pain, and this is Very Comfortable.It's firm but at the same time Pillow Soft. The back of the chair feels Exactly the same as the seat, and has Soft yet Real Good Support for your back. You can actually feel all the separate pillows on the seat and the back.Just for info, I'm 5'1" and 115... I can put my feet flat on the floor at the lowest setting, which is impossible with Most chairs. (anyone who's 5'1" knows what I'm talking about) At the highest setting I can use it at my Drafting Table. I'm able to sit in this chair all day.It was easy to put together. 15 minutes. It also has holes already in the bottom if you want to add arms later. Because this chair is so comfortable, I'm ordering the adjustable arms too. Amazon Model # HVL995 HON.
