Been working from home a lot lately and decided to get this chair for my work station area.Pros:1. It was easy for me to assemble (by myself); took me about 40 or so minutes, the instructions were pretty clear and straightforward. I guess it should be really quick if two people are involved.2. Affordability for what it offers: I like the breathable mesh back, the adjustable arm rests (lets me rest my arms in various positions, and can be folded up to push into a desk), has wheels, swivels, seat can be height adjusted, and reclines back to some extent.Cons:1. Really wish there was away to recline the seat forward or back, depending on the need- but at this price range, I am not complaining about this- can probably get a back cushion later on.2. The seat is comfortable but it feels a bit uncomfortable (for me) after more than 2 hours sitting on it- but it's something I expected actually with any of these office chair- bought an ergonomic cool gel seat cushion, and problem solved!
