Since I work from home, was recommended to get a gaming chair so got this one. Love the color and it arrived in one box. Everything looked great in the box. Instructions were hard to read and did need a second person to help with some of the construction. Since I am on the wider side for now, the sides on the base of the chair does dig into my leg fat. The massage pillow was loud and did make my dogs bark at first. All in all not a bad chair.Reason for the headline... Like I said it's aite. The color is cute, but if you are on the heavier side do not get this chair. Just don't. Heavier side we're talking more than 280lbs. First off the assembly, the instructions are trash. They do not tell you to unscrew the screws on the side of the chair. The instructions just point and it makes you feel like you are missing hardware, but you're not. Second, the foot rest is poor. When I tried to recline my weight leaned the chair forward and I lost balanced. Even sitting in the chair there is a little lean or dip forward. Also, if you got some cheeks (thicker, plump, wide etc) do not get this chair. The arched in the seat for the sides are stressful. They are a pain to deal with, but I purchased a seat cushion a fix that. After purchasing that seat cushion the chair became comfortable. The back pillow doesn't help much but the head pillow helps a lot. I actually sit up straight in the chair thanks to the adjustable recliner. Overall I give the chair 3.5 stars but cute color though. It almost matches my comforter.We like the comfort and wide seat of this chair. We didn’t like how they offered a $30.00 coupon and then charged us $29.99 for shipping and handling/delivery, ?Why offer a coupon if y’all going to take it back in shipping and handling.? My friend ordered without the coupon and they didn’t charge them shipping and handling/delivery charges. So clearly fraudulent in offering a coupon. Also, it wasn’t very easy to put the chair together. All-in-all the chair is a great purchase and we are happy with the chair.Fue Fácil De Montar Y Es Bien Cómodo. My boyfriend bought a razor gaming chair and i do gotta say its built way better then this one but i still love my chair!First of all, putting this thing together is a NIGHTMARE. I had to add pictures of the "instructions", because it tells you to read them carefully, but then gives you a page of steps with NO WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS and no easy indication of what you're looking at. It took me a minute to realize each step after step 2 had multiple steps in 1 as well.It's basically Where's Waldo, but with chair parts. I had approximately 3 mental breakdowns putting parts in the wrong way. I had to look at a finished picture of it along side the "instructions" to get a better idea. For the price, they could at least make a better instruction manual.Once I finally got it put together I tried out the lower lumbar massage cushion...and I'm going to be honest here...as someone who lives in an apartment it sounds like a strong "intimate" toy. Very loud and obnoxious. I tucked the cords back into that cushion and am just using it as back support, which is still nice.But the size of the chair in general isn't wide at all. It's very narrow. It kind of made me feel like I was in a kid's chair. If you have any kind of thick thighs expect the outer parts of them to start feeling the pain from pressing into the hard edges of the sides.Overall the chair looks nice, and after all the effort I'm not going to return it. But buyer beware: the lack in width of the chair, combined with the nightmare that was trying to put it together is really something you should consider. It's a decent gaming chair, but if you have the money...I'd honestly look elsewhere.It was very comfortable and easy to assemble but once my son found out that the massager was broken he was heart broken. We are seeing if we can swap it out for a new one. Money is well spent but the massager quality is not good, the wire could be a lot longer and easier to manage. Everything else was fine though.I purchased this chair for my nephew's 16th birthday. He was extremely excited when i arrived and we immediatly began to put it together. There was a hole in the box, but we proceeded with excitment to put it together. When we went to put the arm rests on, that is when i noticed that it had a few gashes in it right where the hole was. It was very dissapointing considering the amount i paid and the special occasion.
