So it’s a cute chair. My 5 year old picked it out. We put a desk in her room because she is starting kindergarten and she wanted a place to “do her homework” just like her big sister.But it’s way too small to fit at a regular height desk. My bad for not paying attention closely enough. Other reviews said it was small, but I was thinking more like a small no frills regular computer desk chair. It’s made for a small kids desk-not anything she can grow into. Picture is of her sitting in it extended to full height. Took a few weeks to receive, came over from china I believe. Too much of a hassle to repackage and return. Assembly took 3 seconds.Super cute chair for my daughter. She loves it.I had re did my lil girls room… so I had bought this chair for her desk in her room… she loves it and it’s the cutest thing ever… it was easy to put together I mean I can’t complain…The chair was being used by a 5 year old who is in the 98th percentile for height and weight for her age. So she's not big or small she's average. She fell off this chair multiple times and she wasn't being particularly wiggly or obnoxious, as another customer has mentioned we adjusted the height of the chair to see if it would make a difference and it really didn't. I think it has more to do with the ratio and proportion of seat size to the length of the spokes on the bottom of the chair where the castrers are located. In terms of physics I think there was a bit of a design flaw. Also, the description says the fabric is skin friendly and won't cause irritation...I don't know about that it certainly felt like some sort of synthetic fur that would be found on a stuffed animal which may or may not cause irritation on some people, but more importantly there's no way to remove the cover. It's furry so there's not really an effective way to clean it, even spot cleaning it would be difficult as any moisture would seep into the seat pad and with the fur being synthetic I don't know that it would dry well. I worry about keeping the chair sanitary. Maybe if this was for a slightly older child like eight or nine who is very petite and didn't tend to do crafts like painting or using markers that can cause a mess it would be more effective. Basically this chair is adorable and would get 5 stars except that it's not very functional.Purchased for my 7yr old for Christmas (she loves practical gifts so she asked for a desk and we purchased this chair to go with it). She loves it and its the perfect size! We did replace the wheels with quieter ones but overall great purchase!When home schooling started I needed to get my kid off of the bed and to her desk and I thought why not have this super cute chair that matches her personality.This was a birthday gift for my granddaughter who loves it!I have a very wiggly 7 year old who sits in this chair for zoom classes every day. She is very active on it and it has held up well over the last few months. It is also really cute and soft and she loves the way it looks.
