Love this chair, my favorite I get a ton of compliments .lights work perfectly no issues so far ❤️This review is after 2 months of use ill update it if needs be.So first the chair was very easy to build nothing hard to do took me about 45 minutes to build mainly because i took breaks but yesh after the build i turned on the rgb and bro the rgb is amazing its really pretty if your buying it for the rgb then use its worth itComfort the arm rest are made of some cheap material which started breaking in after like 3 weeks but honestly i move a lot the back support is ok not the best but its ok the headrest pillow is hard but stable the wheels are good ngl they roll very easily on the floor I love this chair the only problem i have which is my own fault but it makes it look nicer the material they use is leather which i dont have a problem with but it really gets hot in the summer but it looks really nice honestly for the price this chair is amazing.I got this for my daughter for Christmas. Lights did not work. Other than that, it seems like a great chair. Contacted the seller. I will update once it gets resolved.Edit: Seller refunded the purchase, due to availability issues. No hassle, no problems.The chair is lovely, but the first time i ordered it the lights didnt work fully. I wouldn't have a problem with that other than when i pay that much for a chair i expect it to work. The customer service team is very nice and was able to send me a new one that works perfectly! I absolutely love this chair!The ch a ir is comfortable but the USB cord gets in the way it would be better if the USB can unplug and the lights stayed onAfter about a week the base leans forward and now it's uncomfortable to sit in. I use it for live streaming. But the color and lights are pretty.The chair is good, but only one section of the LEDs worked on the back of the seat. Even tried opening it up to look at wiring and couldn’t fix it. Lumbar support pillow and head rest pillow are more comfortable than the ones on my husbands gtracing chair, so that was a plus.Edited to add: talked to their customer service and got a really fast response. They’re sending a replacement, so hopefully that one works!I bought this chair as a surprise for my teen daughter, to go with the new gaming computer she got for her birthday. We just assembled it and plugged it in, and wow! It’s pretty spectacular. The LED lights are bright and you can choose any color or combination of colors you like. The chair itself seems pretty sturdy. I was hesitant to buy it because it didn’t have any reviews, but I’m glad I took the chance! She loves this chair!
