I purchased this chair through my Amazon account. I am struggling with the quality of this item. Please review the attached pictures as reference to my concerns.There is no visible damage to the shipping container/box . The imperfections in question are a direct reflection of poor inspection or disregard to quality.Again, please review the attached pictures and provide your recommended actions – My next step.I do like the chair but not sure the quality is acceptable for the money spent.Thank You in advance for your assistanceWD McCannOk so this is the chair at my desk. It looks fine and is not uncomfortable however structurally its trash. The bolts are set into flimsy wood and can't hold the weight of an average Texan. I'm 6'1" 251lbs. the chair stretches backward into a reclined position and I assure you it is not set into the reclined position. This chair provides no support as I work. It's basically like I'm sitting on a stool all day. Sadly I spent a good amount of money on this thing and I'll have to wait to gather enough to buy a new one but for now I'll have to live with this thing. Perhaps something NOT from China might have more quality but as I've seen when I was in China they don't seem capable of quality work in the construction of buildings or anything else.This is a great chair! High back, comfortable yet not too modern or too masculine looking. A friend put it together (thankfully!) and it took about 15-20 minutes. Looks more expensive than it is. Something was spilled on it without my knowledge and yet hours later it wiped clean no problem and there were no stains or smell. The only drawback is it is not the baby blue color it is described to be and seen in the picture. It is darker. Color is more turquoise blue/green. I was disappointed but not enough to think about returning.This chair was hard to put together and hurts my back, it is cheaply madeCost me Money to put together and take apart, Then reboxing was another $20. and they charge a restocking fee-BE AWARE LOTS OF HASSEL and a money pitDO NOR ORDER THIS CHAIR!!The chair is hoid fir the money. Not super comfortable but it works. Was a pain getting the arms on. I needed help but nothing major.It just arrived, put together, the back and arm rest is a bit of a challenge, but anyone with basic manual dexterity abilities can do it. Make sure you tighten everything when done. Rotates smooth, no noise or squeaks. If you like a prominent lumbar this is the chair for you. Plenty of seat cushion. I will follow-up in a few months to see how it has performed!I spend A LOT of time in this chair because of my studies. It is comfortable and feels sturdy. When I saw the instructions to build it I thought it would be a piece of cake.
