This ergonomic chair resembles the look of a conventional task chair, but with the inclusion of a kneeling pad. You'll be able to regain your body's natural posture with this ergonomic kneeling chair with included back. Kneeling chairs sit you in a position to allow your diaphragm to move efficiently and promote better breathing and blood circulation. Chair easily swivels 360 degrees to get the maximum use of your workspace without strain. The pneumatic adjustment lever will allow you to easily adjust the seat to your desired height. This chair can be used as a permanent office chair or used in conjunction with a conventional task or executive office chair.
Kneeling chairs offer an excellent alternative to traditional office chairs and this mobile posture task chair is no exception. Get optimal comfort while still supporting your posture with this ergonomically designed knee chair.

Bought one of these for a friend who had complained of lower-back pain after working at his home computer. Several years earlier, I had ordered a "Kneelsit" chair from Australia for the same reason, and found that it really eliminated my back pain, but my friend wanted something cheaper and smaller. The WL-1430-GG requires a lot of assembly (tip: lay out all the smaller parts on a table, in the same order as shown on the assembly instructions, and use a magnifying glass to see the detail of "what goes where" in the line drawings). When assembled, the chair looked good (the tilted seat is good for relieving strain on the lower back), and the three settings for seat height are a plus, but the knee pad turned out to be positioned too close to the seat for comfort, since my friend is 6'2", with long legs. (Unfortunately, the knee pad can't be adjusted relative to the seat.) We took apart the rubber shock absorbers and related parts that support the knee pad, and re-assembled them on the "wrong" side of the crossbar: this provided an extra inch or so of space, but it's still a tight fit. Bottom line: this is probably a good chair if you are of average height and weight. If you're unusually tall, short, or heavy, be sure to test the chair before discarding its packaging, since you may need to return it.These kneeling chairs are posturally correct for keeping your lumbar spine in good balance, and I've had several kneeling chairs. This chai is NOT the best. This is the first one I bought with a back support, and as others have posted, the back is leaning too far forward. I had to constantly push back, with significant force, otherwise I felt like was was being "crushed" forward. MY SOLUTION. I removed the back and it made a big improvement. I'll try it this way for 2 weeks. I just didn't feel like dis-assembling it ans returning it.I wouldn't recommend it. Get a more expensive kneeling chair if you want a back support. I may just be the back support on this model.Pro:good price. seems to be durable so far. height adjustment works great.con:I know that the correct sitting posture for a kneeling chair is not to use a backrest at all, but if the designer is going to have one on this chair, why not make it functional? The backrest, at it's most far back position, literally pushes you forward off the chair. I had to replace the supplied 4" X 3/8" carriage bolt with a 6" just to get comfortable.changes:I wish the seat could adjust forward and back, but I know that would raise the price. So,this review is for those people trying to make a decision about whether to buy a kneeling chair or not. I like having a different kind of chair to sit in at work. I have used regular office chairs for years and I finally decided to take the plunge on a kneeling chair Spring 2012. I like the ergonomics of this chair, but my back can get tired if I have been sitting too long in it. My shoes always get dirty on the toes from the chair runners but the chair scoots across our concrete floors well. This model is not robust. I had my husband modify the back a little bit because it pushed against me and caused me to slide off the chair seat. The back completely fell off 2 weeks ago because the plastic nut holding it onto the chair frame shattered. I am hoping I can get a year out of this chair but it may be problematic.I like many of the features of this chair but I would not buy this particular model again.Luckily this chair has a removable back (well, I don't know if it's supposed to be like that, but you CAN remove it if you want) I definitely wouldn't have liked it if you couldn't have. I may not be getting the full good-posture i need all the time since I removed it, but I still think I sit up straighter in this chair than other ones I've had, it's also just about as compact as any other desk chair. The swivel and the wheels are very nice, as well as the adjustable height, everything works smoothly two months in. It's also easy enough to not use the kneeling part as well, by simple spacing your legs. My one complaint is that sometimes it strains my knees after a while, and I need to stretch. I hope this chair doesn't cause any long-term knee damage. I also get a lot of comments on it from intrigued visitors, which is always fun.I PURCHASED THIS ITEM AS A GIFT. THE PERSON I BOUGHT IT FOR IS OVER 6 FEET TALL.THE CHAIR DOES NOT ADJUST FROM THE SEAT TO THE LEG REST AND WAS TOO SHORT.THE CHAIR IS GREAT - JUST DIDNT WORK FOR THE SIZE OF THE MAN.TRIED TO RETURN ITEM AND SHIPPING WOULD HAVE BEEN $50 AND THEN THEY WERE GOING TO CHARGE ME 30% RESTOCKING FEE, BY THE TIME I WAS DONE $144.00 CHAIR - RETURNED WOULD HAVE COST ME $70.00 i KEPT THE CHAIR, BUT IT IS IN THE BOX DOING NOTHING. THE RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE AND I WILL NOT ORDER LARGER ITEMS ONLINE AGAIN FOR THIS REASON.ITS UNFORTUNATE BECAUSE THIS ISSUE DISTRACTS FROM THE REAL VALUE OF THE ITEMSo far, I'm loving this chair. It was easy to assemble. I can operate the swivel easily, which is excellent for my workstation. I would like to be supported to lean a little further back, as my considtion responds best to having an even wider hip angle (close to laying down), but this should be sufficient since I know know how far the range is on this one.The chair is well built but here is the drawback. I am 6'0" and it is to small for me. My wife is 5'0" and it is to big for here. My daughter is 5'7" and it is just right for her. Consider this when buying this.
