We bought this item for our nursery. The chair was adorable and easy to assemble……but after using the chair just a handful of times the right arm of the chair broke. I went online to return it and found that it was past the window (we bought it a few months before our baby was born). I was able to write to the company and they responded immediately! They had me send them a picture to show them what I was talking about. They told us they would replace the chair! They actually got the new one to us in just a few days!! We are so thankful!! The new one works great so far!! Thank you for the GREAT customer service! I would buy from them again just for that!So the chair wings on the back were very difficult/frustrating to install but then I found if you tilt the chair back and then slide them on it is sooooo much easier. This chair is cozy and comfortable. Baby falls to sleep in minutes with the smooth rocking motion. You can also turn around 360 degrees in this chair! Lifesaver when your baby slings his pacifier over the back. Things I dislike: the leg rest pops up so fast when you pull the lever, it takes quite a bit of pressure to get it to close which is hard when trying to get up quietly with a sleeping baby and I wish it rocked with the footrest up. Overall though I love this chair and it is so cute!I ordered this chair for our nursery. It’s a great size and very comfortable. Customer service is OUTSTANDING! The chair made a sound when it arrived and they were able to remedy the situation almost immediately! It’s the perfect size for the small room and I can’t imagine life without it now.This chair is beautiful, comfortable and perfect nursery size. The reviews were right on, the footrest is a beast! You have to have super human strength to close it. I bought the chair mainly for the rocking/gliding action so no worries. But, if you mainly want a recliner, do not buy!Chair was better than I expected. It glides, rocks, swivels, and reclines and is super comfortable. We’re using this for our baby nursery, and it’s perfect! Was also very easy to put together. My only criticism is that I wish it reclined more gently and was easier to de-recline.We love the chair. It preforms nicely. I.e. swivel , rock, recline. The 2 things I wish wer different are a solid piece between chair and footrest instead of cloth. And the shape of the back really has to add pillow for neck support, but the chair is firm, functional, well made, and beautiful for new moms. I bought this for my daughter who has a new born and she loves it.Good valueWe bought this for our nursery and its amazing on the comfort and how easy it was to put together. The chair not only swivels it also has two reclining positions. Its slick and stylish and is a grey addition to our nursery.
