I am going to start this review by stating I am an average build 180lb male. I bought this product to use In my home for pc use. Owned this chair for less than 3 months when one of the 5 wheel supports snapped while I was using the chair. Called CorLiving to request a replacement part (not even asking for a new chair) and was informed I would have to pay them $50 shipping to get the new part. I paid over $300 for a cut rate chair that broke in less than 3 months and they are insisting I pay more money for a new wheel mount. Yes, even after speaking to a supervisor the $50 shipping fee didnt go away. CorLiving is a Horrible company to deal with. Buyer beware!well packaged.. fast delivery.. easy assembly et very comfortable
